Who's Who End User Terms of Use

By downloading or using Who's Who ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

The App is designed to help users enhance their personal connections by allowing them to take notes and set reminders for contacts in various important life areas such as career, family, and friends.

4. User Responsibilities

Data Management: All data, including notes and reminders, is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for managing and securing this data, including regular backups if desired.

Compliance: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

All content, features, and functionality on the App are the exclusive property of Little Tech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

Since the App does not require user accounts, you may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Little Tech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Little Tech makes no warranties, either express or implied, about the App's reliability, suitability, or availability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
