As a committee member, I was responsible for organizing several multi-day residential trips that were highly sought after, with over 1,100 members but only 30-50 spots available due to logistical constraints like transportation, food, and accommodation.

These trips featured carefully planned meals designed to foster teamwork, as members collaborated in the cooking process. This shared culinary experience not only enhanced group bonding but also added a unique and - sometimes undesired - memorable dimension to the trips.
